Client Bill of Rights Cont.
You have the right to expect 24/7 availability from your staffing specialist. Your staffing specialist should be prepared to respond to your concerns whenever they arise, day or night.
You have the right to a responsive and flexible service provider. As a project progresses, your needs may change. You may require more staff, a larger workspace, or the addition of professionals with experience in a practice area not represented within the existing project team. Your staffing specialist should be prepared to adapt as circumstances evolve.
You have the right to a staffing specialist who understands the legal market. The staffing specialist who is responsible for developing your placement strategy should be familiar with the landscape that he or she is charged with helping you to navigate. If you wish to attract elite candidates, or candidates within a specific practice specialty, your staffing expert should know where to find such individuals, and which institutions are likely to compete with you to attract them. Your staffing expert should also know what sets your institution apart from competing employers. If you seek help in staffing a temporary project, your placement specialist should be familiar with the personnel challenges and logistics of ongoing project management in a legal setting.
You have the right to expect honesty. Your staffing expert should never promise more than he or she can reasonably expect to deliver. If it is unlikely that your staffing expert will be able to identify a candidate who matches your criteria, you should be informed of this immediately. If the staffing specialist does identify a candidate, his or her credentials should be presented to you accurately, without exaggerated claims.
