Ginger Wilson, Managing Principal
Ginger Wilson is the founder and Managing Principal of legalQuest LLC. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company office including, temporary and direct-hire recruiting, administrative functions, management and business development. Before founding legalQuest LLC, Ginger spent eight years with the nation’s largest legal staffing firm, where she served as the Executive Director of its Chicago office. While there she consistently won recognition in the company's President's Club and President's Circle. Prior to pursuing a career in legal staffing, Ginger was a Tax Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand LLP, where she counseled high net worth individuals and non-profits. Beyond legalQuest, Ginger is actively involved with a variety of civic and professional organizations. Her community outreach includes serving as a board member for Scholarship Chicago and the Institute of Women Today.
Ginger received her JD and MBA from the University of Michigan and her BA in Political Science and American Studies from Wellesley College. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. She is a native of Chicago, Illinois.
